Located in the heart of Chattanooga, Tennessee, this project involved the meticulous historic renovation of a classic Georgian-style manor. The goal was to preserve the home’s original character—including its iconic red brick facade and distinctive green terra cotta roofing—while seamlessly integrating accessory structures and modern amenities.
